"We had plumbing service completed, and since then our entire system has failed. We have a well system, and your team advised that we needed an additional tank to support our current setup. From the first day, the water had a very strong, unpleasant smell, and we noticed the new tank was leaking. We were told this was "normal." Now the situation has escalated the entire outside well system has ruptured, water is continuously flowing, and we are unable to stop it. This is a serious issue and causing significant damage. We have attempted to contact you multiple times and have not received a response. We need immediate assistance to resolve this matter."
